A: Own up to it when you are wrong or incorrect. Be truthful. It’s OK to change your minds if you accumulate more facts and information.

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: By having a politician who has integrity, we can stand behind someone who has the best interests of the people in mind and will not waver not matter in their resolve. Of course this comes with the caveat that they need to be able to listen to the opposition to determine what is actually the best result for the people in America.

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: A leaders can excel with any of the other trait but if he lacks integrity or even bare a degraded form it is possible that when faced with a ethical/morally sensitive choice his/her decision may be self servicing because their compass does not point true north

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: I DO NOT mean straight talker in a Trump, anti-PC fashion. I mean the ability to speak concisely and as truthfully as possible with intelligence and common sense.

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: One that keeps our freedoms. To many crooks, I mean politicians strip freedoms from us from our second amendment to income. I believe most people who serve in office think this is a career and not a elected service for the people. They cater to lobbyists and not the peoples will. Politicians take people choices away with their blood and crip political philosophies. Then limit our choices by enforcing a two party system by out spending and not inviting other parties to debate them. I only have one thing that I agree with either of these parties and that is that there need to be change.

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: I’m going to make this short and to the point. Integrity and balanced emotions in a person must be the core with which all values stem from. It’s he only way to get shit done and get those around you to trust in your direction.

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: I won’t lie. Many of these traits are important, and choosing only one seems artificial and confining.

With that being said, a skilled negotiator will be critical to navigating the political gridlock that we find in many levels of government these days. Negotiation, compassion, and mutual understanding seem so lacking in national, state and local politics, I would be fare more likely to vote for someone I felt was willing to negotiate with political rivals and able to find compromises than an absolutist who sees no room for moderation or compromise.
