Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: All the other traits could be argued as being important, but none of them matter without integrity because the talents & expertise of other traits are rendered void if one can be corrupted & swayed from the right course of action.

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: I believe every decision we make has a financial impact and that impact is amplified by the mantle of power worn by our elected officials. We should weigh our decisions to make peace and to wage war, against the financial implications those decisions have on our economy.

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: A leaders can excel with any of the other trait but if he lacks integrity or even bare a degraded form it is possible that when faced with a ethical/morally sensitive choice his/her decision may be self servicing because their compass does not point true north

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: I’m going to make this short and to the point. Integrity and balanced emotions in a person must be the core with which all values stem from. It’s he only way to get shit done and get those around you to trust in your direction.

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: I won’t lie. Many of these traits are important, and choosing only one seems artificial and confining.

With that being said, a skilled negotiator will be critical to navigating the political gridlock that we find in many levels of government these days. Negotiation, compassion, and mutual understanding seem so lacking in national, state and local politics, I would be fare more likely to vote for someone I felt was willing to negotiate with political rivals and able to find compromises than an absolutist who sees no room for moderation or compromise.
