Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: A leader with integrity will behave in a manner befitting a leadership position. S/he will ensure that they have appropriate advisors, because to do otherwise would lack integrity. Most importantly, we can trust that a leader with integrity will do their best to make tough decisions with appropriate care & consideration of all affected parties.

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: The voters have to be able to trust that the person they’ve elected will not only attempt to maintain the positions that they’ve publicly taken whenever reasonable, but also that that person will have always the best interests of the greatest possible number of people in mind at all times. Without integrity, it’s impossible to put trust in elected officials that they will act in the best interests of the people and the nation, rather than acting towards personal gain or factional maneuvering.

Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: It doesn’t matter what background, one has, so long as they have integrity! They’ll need it! As they must be Team Focused! Leaders, should be able to lead! Integrity is what we look for, when we buy something! If a Wrench isn’t any good after the first time we use it, it’s useless! If a Wall we build loses it’s integrity, we no longer consider it useful!..
